Travel, Housing Information, Course Location and Directions

The "Raleigh Durham" International Airport Code: RDU is the closest airport for your convenience. RDU airport is approximately 25 minutes travel time from the course location and Housing listed below in Durham, North Carolina. Please allow 50 minutes travel time to or from the airport during rush hours. At RDU arrive at least one hour before a domestic flight.
Note: On the Final Day of each course, required class material is finished by 1:30 p.m. to allow same day departure flights beginning at 3:30 p.m.. Community closure is on the evening before the Final Day.
When our courses are held on two separate weekends, the second weekend includes the Final Day. On all previous days we follow the daily schedule and required course material is completed at 5 p.m. with Labs held from 5:15 - 6:15 p.m.
HOUSING BMC-NC has established group rates with Homestead Suites for weekly and monthly rates for queen, double and king rooms with kitchenettes and van service to/from our course location on Duke campus. Homestead offers outdoor grilling, a laundry facility and is located two blocks from a favorite Harris Teeter grocery store which offers a large selection of organic choices.
