Maryska Bigos began her studies in 1979 with internationally  recognized body-mind educator, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen. She is a BMC practitioner (1982) and teacher (1983) who has applied BMC to a wide variety of populations (martial artists, dancers, yogis, golfers, swimmers, infants, elders) and rehabilitation through the application of BMC to her wide variety of bodywork, massage and somatic practices.  I am happy to talk with you about the application of Body-Mind Centerng® to your area of interest and the various BMC® courses & programs available.
