Maryska Bigos began her studies in 1979 with internationally recognized body-mind educator, Bonnie Bainbridge Cohen. Maryska is a BMC practitioner (1982) and teacher (1983) who has applied BMC to a wide variety of populations (martial artists, dancers, yogis, golfers, swimmers, infants, elders) and rehabilitation through the application of BMC to her wide variety of bodywork, massage and somatic practices.
