TO ENROLL IN A COURSE:

To Apply: If you are enrolling for the first time to take a course in our North Carolina program, please complete an Application Form which is available at the "Apply and Register" tab. Email or send your Application to the address below with a one-time, non-refundable $25.00 Application Fee. If your Application is already on file with us in North Carolina, you do not need to apply again.

First-time Registration: After you have applied and been notified of your acceptance, please fill out a Registration form, available at the "Apply and Register" tab.

Registration for Returning Students: Please fill out a Registration form, available at the "Apply and Register" tab.

Note: For the Body Systems Courses and the Developmental Courses, tuition paid in-full one month or more before that start of a course will receive the early bird rate of $110 per day. Tuition paid within one month of the start of a course will be at the regular rate of $125 per day. For the IDME1 and IDME2 courses, tuition paid in-full two months before the start of the course receives early bird rate and tuition paid within two months of the start of an IDME course will be a the regular rate.

Course Notebooks: Please include your $15 fee for each course notebook (one per course).

TO ENROLL IN A SPECIAL EVENT:
Please complete the Special Event Registration Form which is available at the "Apply and Register" tab. You do not need to fill out an Application Form to attend one of our Special Events. Email your Special Event Registration to us (address is on the form) or send to the address below.
